Joe and Katherine Sapp first introduced Rainbow Cone – and it’s iconic stacked, five-flavor ice cream Rainbow Cone – to Chicago in 1926. After joining The Buona Companies in 2018, it’s been our collective mission to uphold the Sapp Family’s legacy across 14+ Rainbow Cone locations in Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, and Florida.
Such exciting growth for the longtime Chicago-favorite has allowed us to bring smiles to our beloved guests across state lines and has opened career opportunities for the communities that we serve.
