Careers at Buona

Joe and Peggy Buonavolanto opened their first Buona Beef restaurant in Berwyn, IL. in 1981. Their dream was to have their kids work side by side to create a business that could someday support their own families. Not only did the Buonavolanto family achieve this dream, BUONA is now the largest family-owned Italian Beef restaurant group in the country.

During the past 40+ years, BUONA has opened 25+ locations across Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin. As we continue to grow, opening 2-3 new stores per year, so do the opportunities.
