Salary Range:

Restaurant Manager: $50,000 - $60,000/annually

Assistant General Manager: $55,000 - $65,000/annually

General Manager: $65,000 - $85,000/annually

Placement level and compensation will ultimately be determined based on experience, qualifications, and business needs.

Job Summary:

Buona is seeking experienced restaurant leaders to join our management team. Depending on experience, candidates may be considered for Restaurant Manager, Assistant General Manager, or General Manager opportunities. Management team members are responsible for driving sales, developing team members, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and supporting overall restaurant profitability and operational excellence.

 Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets
• Recognize all revenue areas & development strategies to impact sales
• Enforce and execute advertising and marketing plans, and HR and training materials
• Manage and control direct expenses
• Direct labor, food cost variances, repairs and maintenance, discounts, and other direct expenses
• Selection, retention, supervision, and training of all employees
• Conduct quarterly reviews
• Adhere to established training programs
• Make staffing recommendations, support employee development, and partner in performance management decisions.
• Develop employees into shift managers
• Provide guidance to our talented & motivated team and lead them toward success
• Foster Buona's people-first culture and create an environment where team members can grow and succeed.
• Enforce policies, procedures, and controls

 Qualifications and Skills:

• 2-5+ years of restaurant management experience
• QSR experience preferred
• Drive-thru and Catering experience preferred
• Familiar with and comfortable leading 10+ team members per shift
• Comfort working with budgets, payroll, revenue, and forecasting
• Strong knowledge of commonly used restaurant practices, concepts, and procedures
• Strong administrative, multi-tasking, organizational, and prioritizing skills
• Strong leadership and communication skills
