Independent Drivers

Job Summary: 

As a Catering Delivery Driver, you are required to smile, greet and be courteous to customers, work with management and all other associates to provide a high level of customer service, be punctual, conduct yourself at all times in a professional business manner. Make deliveries in a pleasant, timely manner according to company and department standards. You will bring the "Buona" experience to homes, offices, and more by providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities: 

* Arrive on time for deliveries - if late, call ASAP. 

* Follow all approved procedures for deliveries including setup, sort, and clean 

* Adhere to all local, state, and federal health and civil code regulations 

* Greet all customers and provide them with prompt and highly friendly, courteous service or assistance, always ensuring they are satisfied. 

* Ensure uniform and personal appearance is neat, clean, and well-groomed at all times and observes company dress code. 

* Take care of vehicles and any other equipment provided - includes filling out driver checklist before departure and after arrival to store, and support to maintain clean vehicles. 

* Vehicle safety - observe all rules of the road and follow parking rules and regulations at delivery sites. * Observe shift operating hours at all times, as scheduled or assigned by manager * Adhere to all store rules and company policies 

Qualifications and Skills:  

* Excellent communication and positive attitude  

* Must be able to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 

* Must obtain Food Handler certificate 

* Must be 19+ years old 

* Must have a valid/unexpired Driver’s License 

* Must have reliable transportation & insurance card 

* All drivers are subject to BG check 

* Ability to lift up to 25lbs
